1. Hardware Returns (Physical Products)

We offer a 14-day return policy for most physical hardware products, including sensors, gateways, and networking equipment.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Restocking Fee: Please note that specialized industrial hardware may be subject to a [15%] restocking fee if the factory seal has been broken.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

In the event that you receive hardware that is “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) or suffers from a manufacturing defect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective unit.
  • Upon verification of the fault, we will ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund.

3. Digital Services and Subscriptions

For connectivity plans, cloud dashboards, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) products:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not typically provided for partial months already billed.
  • Annual Plans: Refunds for annual plans are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on how much of the service has been utilized and the terms of the specific service level agreement (SLA).

4. Professional Services & Consulting

Fees for technical consulting, network installation, or bespoke IoT development are non-refundable once the work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before commencement, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus any administrative costs incurred.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5–10 business days).

6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
